hey charlestey, try to name your device first and then connect to pc/laptop. Bluetooth address is nothing but an IP address but for windows device name is important.

Good phone but low battery backup… battery doesn’t last for more than 1 day after heavy use so need to charge it almost daily. Else this phone performs good and well organized.

I am using it since August 2007 and I think it is the best one I have ever used. The touch is really good and responsive, the internet is fast, the cam is cool, I mean what else do you want, the sound clarity is awesome. For me I do not find any cons in this one!!!

The sync software is bad, it detects the device and when you try to sync the data it fails to do it. That’s the worst part. I mean what’s the use when you need the USB cable for transferring it.
