an extremely long lasting battery life…even if u use the net..u don’t need to charge it for 4-5 days..i feel, battery is the heart of a mobile..if its good only then the phone app’n will work properly

I like this phone..i care a hoot about the camera and memory and all that..as long as it takes gr8 pics, I get to hear gr8 music and as long as everyone gives a second look to my phone, I am happy

worst phone among all SE models..just 12MB memory, bad 2MP camera, no auto focus or flash, and no radio..and if this is supposed to be a fashion phone, then it’s the worst designed phone

the keypad is horribly structured..its flat and are arranged very close to each other..when u click on the keypad, u click on at least 2 buttons at a time..they are so near..i am selling this one off!

I experienced keypad crack problem. I used keypad in a gentle manner still it got cracked and service centre doesn’t offer replacement or free service for any physical damage. ;-(

my friend and I bought the same phone, S500 at the same time from the same..his handset’s keys cracked and fell off, and now the camera is not working..but I have not faced any prob. as such and is working fine...it all depend on ur usage..treat ur phone like a baby with a little TLC :)

SE has come with awesome slider design. Packed with lots of features, S500 has 2 MP camera, music player, track ID music recognition, and superb battery back up, expandable memory….. Fantastic blend of features! I am enjoying it! (Still people will demand for 3G and Wlan)

I am a Nokia fan but bought S500 for my wife because of its feminine looks. But she complains daily about her phone. Now I will sell it and buy any Nokia phone that has better functionality.

Along with the design, the nice part of this phone is that they are providing a USB support. Now I can connect the phone to the computer and edit my pics and video clips and send them to my friends/family.

I brought the green and black combination handset of S500 and the keypad keys have broken down in no time. I have asked Sony for a warranty, but they are delaying for no reason. Also I am not ready for a low quality phone as a replacement!

The light effects that this handset offers are cooool. I am constantly clicking pics and making video clips to send to my family who are settled in South Africa. The main point is that it offers a good camera resolution.
