mob is not too great. The battery back up is bad.. u have to constantly to keep on recharging it..the calls get constantly disconnected because of this prob

it has a picture call..that’s a real ace. Now I can always see my boyfriend’s photo when he is calling. This is really interesting, than the regular phone listing.

if you want to live with this model, without getting frustrated, just
change the battery with a good one and compromise with the other
features like problematic joy stick, low memory, bad speaker quality,
etc. I had to :( b'cause i had spent all my paycheck on it..
But those who are thinking of buying it BEWARE

A really cool design. They don’t have a camera in this model, but
that’s ok. Cybershots are anyway better than mob. Cams. Great model for
those who get confused with too many features.

I think all sony models have the same great problem.’the ‘joystick’
problem.. if sony doesn’t improve, someone is going to hammer them with
a ‘stick’ with lots of ‘joy’. I am saying this b’cause I changed 3
models of sony till now.

I am using this fone since six months I am facing some problems like when I download something from anyone’s fone through Irda, the fone hangs and I use to remove battery and then reset the fone. But now I m using this fone only for connecting to Internet through my Laptop. I changed analog one time after purchasing it rates about 150 Rupees. But the same problem is started with the other one too. The screen is not so good the worst quality screen is used in preparing this fone. One more thing is that u can download images but the clarity is worst I mean even u download higher quality image the result will be the worst.

Never even think of buying a Sony Ericsson phones.. they work ok for

I have been using this phone for about 15 months and got used to its
features. The best feature of this phone is its weight and size. Also
the display is nice and clear. but FM radio and internal memory is a
big problem

I got it as a gift from my b’friend. but I am not happy with the phone.
The phone has all sorts of problems and it started within 2 months of
use. The after sales service is another prick in the wound. When they
repair back the phone, they say now everything is ok, which is not true

A nightmare to the users! Good points: 1. Very sleek and nice design.

Sick, rubbish and stupid phone I have ever seen. I can’t tolerate it
yaar!!! The SE J200i may attract you for a while but after sometime,
you will come to know about it’s short comings. A big disappointment.

I bought the 1 year back from Sony showroom.. and I could not use this
phone for one single day.. and the shop refused to replace it back, as
I dropped it the next day I purchased. I am really annoid with SE
phones!!

Agree, it’s a basic phone and still available in the market since it
has come (2004). This shows J200 is a good fon. but I wanted FM radio
with it!!

Just don't go on the looks, it's weak battery can create problems anytime. Even joystick and keys are little problematic. Better to buy any other rather than this!!!
