Hi kimtyy. 1) As far as i know, you can use the anti-virus that you normally use for your PC to clean your cell phone as well. 2) To upload photos, use standard Web browsers that helps to upload and download multiple files using the standard memory game designed to use sounds instead of images. The biggest bug in the E250 is while listening the music I cannot do anything else, such a nice phone otherwise, samsung can you do something and launch the upgraded model? but don’t increase the cost too much.

I think you have made a mistake of trying the H/W test, as with some of the new E250 phones it doesn’t work, I suggest better go to the authorized retailer & show your phone, I did it 7 they have somehow managed to increase the sound and mine is working fantastic now.

Am using this phone for more than a year now and with 1gb memory card and no complaints at all, as I know for the price I bought there are going to be some shortcomings while operating and using such as only 4 message alert tones!

I like E250, mine is black and the features provided are too good for an entry level fone, but some times it behaves eratic like refusing to open some jpeg files and looses the fm radio reception all of a sudden.
