Been using the device for about 8 months now, I can honestly say it is one of the worst phones I have EVER experienced. Actually had it replaced 3 times now, due to software issues and twice due to hardware issues. The phone needs to be restarted on a regular basis to receive calls, and the battery holds very little charge, I actually have new batteries every 2 months shipped to me. If we did not have contract with Motorola to use their devices, I would be using something else.
