Worst phone many users complaints about keys are not working even i faced the same issue after 7 months of purchasing.money waste Samsung should give fix for this.

I have had a Samsung B7722 for 6 months now and have experienced continuous reliability problems:

- Phone switches itself off for no reason

- When you arrive in a new country, you need to restart it 2, 3 sometimes 4 times before it finally connects and settles down

- Worst of all: the second SIM card keeps switching itself off without warning: you think your phone is on but in fact your second number is inoperative !

All in all a very poor experience...

Very stupid product from Samsung... lost huge money but usage is less than normal phone. Get restart automatically. most of the applications are not acceptable by this phone software... why they made this cheap

I'm using this Samsung b7722 for 10 days. one of the worst phone i ever used. i request Samsung to stop manufacturin mobile phones. one thing is very clear that Samsung doesn't have any basic sense to manufacture mobile phones. the following are the problems in this phone
1. u can't go to main menu while u r making call. not even see inbox.
2. browser is not capable to view the large page.
3. couldn't minimize the browser.
4. so many confusions in call log and contacts. the contact name is not matching with contact no. . . . still there r lot of problem. it keep restarting.
5- It switch off by itself.
6'You can not surf it menu smoothly as you have to back to the main menu every time.
7 Once you use the speaker, you can not back to headphone.
8 You do not find support or solutions for its problems on the Net.
9 Technical support have nothing more re-download the SW, were is the problem came from it and its desing.

B7722 is the worst mobile ever I've bought, it has been designed just to fool you:
1- It keep restarting.
2- It switch off by itself.
3- You can not surf it menu smoothly as you have to back to the main menu every time.
4- Once you use the speaker, you can not back to headphone.
5- You do not find support or solutions for its problems on the Net.
6- Technical support have nothing more re-download the SW, were is the problem came from it and its design.

10. Not available for keyboard sound on/off.
11 internet download application failed.
12.front camera waste.
13 u can't go to main menu while u r making call. not even see inbox.

i bougt gt-b7722 date on 27.02.2011,this is worst mobil phone,many time i changed mobil softwere from life line solution ( sco-101 sec-16 faridabad,at last changed mother bord of my mobil date on 03.02.2112,but very naxt day,again start the hanging problem.tell me the solution, i am asking from samsung company way are you playing with indian peuple emotions.
