Hi Bill,
I googled them both and the only thing I noticed in difference is they have different levels of 3g, meaning ones 3g (and compatible with Telstra’s next generation) and the 6121 isn’t. Also the 6121 comes in black, white, blue, sand gold and pink. I would have loved to see the 6120 in pink! I hope this helps

This phone looks great.
It’ll be perfect if it has WLAN, better battery, and little fix on battery cover cause on 6120 the most user say that it become hot when they use video call/voice call. I hope that Nokia fix it soon

that's the difference that I found. And both are spa

and the phone is great! Although the browsing speed does not exceed 450 kbps (on 6120 at least)

The Nokia 6120 and the 6121 have only one difference in terms of functionality – the Nokia 6120 comes with support for 3G networks WCDMA/HSDPA 850/2100, while the Nokia 6121 employs 900/2100 frequencies.

Other difference is in the color schemes, five for the Nokia 6121 (black, white, blue, pink, sand gold) against the 6120 two (black and white).

I found dat there is difference between 3G frequencies. Both the phones have different set of 3G frequencies. The another thing I found is change in HSDPA.
