AT&T to Release Nokia 2680 Slide V.J. | , 2:34 après-midi août 22, 2008 2008-08-22

AT&T is the mobile phone operator where you can find almost any phone you like. This is because they have a portfolio with various handsets that might suit you. To maintain this availability AT&T has recently released the Sony Ericsson W350 and LG Invision. Now they have released the Nokia 2680 Slide.

FCC has recently approved the slider and will be available in the US market soon. The Nokia 2680 doesn’t seem to be a high-end mobile phone, in fact nothing new about it is spectacular.

The handset has dual-band GSM connectivity ( 850 / 1900 MHz for the US) with GRPS. It also comes with a MP3 player, Nokia Xpress Audio Messaging, FM radio with recorder.

To this the manufacturer added a 128 x 160 pixels TFT display with 65K colors, WAP browser, email, a VGA photo camera, 32 MB ineternal memory, but no microSD card slot is included.

The battery life is pretty good as it supports 3.5 hours in talk-time and about 400 hours in standby. The handset measures 99 x 47 x 14.8 mm and weights about 97 grams. It will be available for about $110 and maybe for free with a contract agreement with AT&T.
