Scientists raise concern about mobile phone usage and brain tumors

i have been reading many articles on mobile phone and its bad effect!! now its a time to do something.. Fine, Govt. will ban cell phone usage in schools till certain level but what about the teens who are badly addicted to cellphones? and if we tell them about this, they will ask us: what about the cellphone waves which are in the atmosphere? what will be the answer to this question?
