Canadian mobile phone operator Rogers has release a new handset designed for messaging. The phone is equipped with a QWERTY keyboard and run on Windows Mobile 6.5

Samsung Messenger, also known as the Samsung Omnia Pro B7330, comes with a 2.6 inch TFT display capable of boasting a 320 x 320 resolution and 65k colors. The phone incorporates Bluetooth, GPS and 3.6 Mbps HSDPA connectivity.

FM radio is also available as well as support for 32GB of memory via microSD card. In addition, the handset comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera.

The Samsung Messenger is available on Rogers for $49.99 on a 3-year contract. If you decide to opt for a shorter 2-year contract, the phone will cost $299.99 or $349.99 with a single year contract.

The phone is also available on Bell for free for a 3-year contract of minimum $45 per month Voice and Data plan.
