It happens quite often and some people actually have a psychological disorder that makes them want to apprehend every mobile phone ever made. There are cases when some people spent fortunes on mobile phones and other cases when one can’t afford a cellphone he will steal it.

Recently, police in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah have arrested an African national for stealing mobile phones. He usually tracked his next target and when time was right he stole the phone.

The Jeddah police sent undercover officers to arrest the thief. One undercover policeman saw the man watching another man using a mobile phone. The thief tried to snatch the phone but the police got him first.

After the apprehension, the police found several mobile phones at the suspect’s home. The officers asked him to turn on the phone but he failed to do so because he didn’t know the PIN codes.
