The European Imaging and Sound Association has recently decided to award some of the world’s top three high-end mobile phones: HTC Touch Diamond, Samsung G810 and Sony Ericsson W980. All three handsets are brilliant and they deserve every award they can get.

HTC Touch Diamond received the award for the “European smartphone” and Sony Ericsson W980 is the “European music phone”. The photo award came to Samsung G810 which is now the “European photo phone”.

Sony Ericsson W980 comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera, FM tuner, Bluetooth stereo and 8GB of internal memory. The handset has a splendid 2.2 inch QVGA display with 262K colors and superb image quality. Since it won the award for the ‘best music phone’ its music player can handle various audio formats. To put it short this is probably the best music phone out there.

Samsung G810 known also by its longer name the SGH-G810 comes it splendid 5 megapixel camera which gives the highest image quality possible. Although Samsung recently presented its 8 megapixel camera, the G810 still holds the podium. It also has WiFi connectivity, GPS geo-tagging.

Lastly, the HTC Touch Diamond has repetitively been named ‘the iPhone killer’ and with good reason. It comes with a 2.8 inch VGA touch screen, a 3.2 megapixel camera and 4GB of internal memory. It also has GPS navigation and FM radio, HSDPA, Bluetooth, WiFi and USB.
