Canadian mobile phone operator Bell has partnered with AT&T to include roaming service. The company has now HSPA network and by joining forces with AT&T the operator can offer US roaming.

The two companies have signed a deal according to which AT&T will be Bell’s official roaming partner. Bell’s roamers in the US can access both AT&T’s HASDPA and legacy GSM network.

Anyway, according to Cellphones.ca future Bell handsets will most probably be 3G/HSPA with several GMS/ EDGE capable phones.
