bad ringer quality…its ascending..and if the phone is kept in the purse or pockets..it takes a lot of time to hear and pick up the call..i am getting a lengthy missed calls list because of this.

didn’t like the keypad..the buttons are inserted deep inside and its quite tough typing with them..but the phone feels gr8 in the hands..camera is average..wished the video had QVGA res..instead of QCIF

its been just a month that I brought it and its till date its been working just fine..but the handset is quite heavy to hold .

I got the grey colored handset..that’s the best..the white and green combination is horrible…I wished they had made a fully white colored handset like O2 Ice

This Phone has bad battery Life, you wouldnt get to do any of the nice features with the bad battery life. I'm Constanly having to charge mine it goes dead while talking to some important contonmers.

KU380 is a real beauty by LG but sad to say that it doesn’t have enough battery back up for its awesome features.

As per specifications on this site, LG KU380 has only 165 minutes talktime. A common user will also suffer problems because of the weak battery back up of this phone. So LG has to provide better battery life with KU380.
