Boring design, not so attractive features and i feel price is little high than the features added in it.

i am fed up by different issues of LG handset. While running any applications it becomes very slow or just hangs for sometime. My last phone was best in looks but performance is not satisfactory at all.

LG has excelled only in the design part of the handset. It makes you notice it instantly but then the moment you start operating the handset the phone starts failing in its every test. Beauty with no brains I would say!

Hi sinha, you need to adjust the contrast when clicking out snaps in dim light. My BL20 also clicked real gud photos :)

Cherie…only God knows how come you come your BL20 camera clicked such amazing pics..mine didn’t..they were infact mediocre with dull and yellow overtones specially if clicked in low light

The contrast detailing of the LG BL20 might be its biggest highlight for everybody, but for me it’s the 5MP camera. Pictures I have clicked are sharp, clear and the colors are brilliant. Also that I have an additional video call camera on hand is always an advantage

Simple, low-key structured design compared to earlier versions of Chocolate. It’s sleek without any prominent feature glaring sharply in your face. The only –ve point is the TFT display and its attraction towards our fingerprints which are imprinted all over the screen

I think the screen could have been a bit bigger it appears so small in the pics. 5 MP cam with flash is ok but they have given very less memory for the music. Anyways its not on my list waiting for something better from LG!!!

I have just brought the LG BL20 because i really like the geometric design and the sleek look. But was horrified with call quality! You can hear voices in whispers even if the person on the other line is shouting.

Xlent design, cute looking phone, it reminds me the earlier LG chocolates.. hope LG has fixed the bugs which were there in earlier chocolates.
