I am unable to transfer any data through infrared between 6610 and 6600. Please help me to solve this problem. Is it my phone problem or you need to download any software for transfer any data?
I think 6610 is very sensitive phone and data transferable through infrared from same model. Even I tried wit many other models but it failed so once I tried to transfer data between two handsets of 6610

Please chk the port size of both the phones cause when u r transferring thr infra red it is must that both the prot sies should be equal or else the data does get transferred
