Please check the following things before buying a second hand phone:
1. IMEI
2. Ask for the original receipt before purchasing it. Do not forget to examine it.
3. Check the exterior of the device – I suggest you to closely inspect.
4. Test the keypad by pressing all the buttons at one time
5. See if all the functions are working
6. Check the display for scratches
7. Examine the moving parts, the sliders and flippers.

IMEI is an identification code of the phone.
No two phones have the same IMEI numbers. This number is there on the box and receipts of the phone. Manufacturers use this number to verify stolen phones.

Helpful tips. I wanted to buy a used mobile too. But was afraid but now, I know what to look for and how do I check its performance and features
Do you know anything about the mobile Samsung Galaxy G720 [sellist.com]. I look for it in the review section but ended up with nothing
