Four months before I purchased Nokia 5610. It is a nice phone having superb camera, music player and good battery life. But now a days, my phone works little slowly. Sometimes it doesn’t offer me the proper support. What will be the reason behind it?

I have checked my phone with the help of online antivirus software but I didn’t find anything. Surely any virus has not affected my phone. I want to solve problem at my own because once you give your phone for repairing to authorized service centre, those people take too many days to fix the issue. Help me guys.....
