be honest, I’m a very conservative type of player. So, in a single
session, I’ve not lost much at all – comparatively speaking, at least,
compared to some of the more lavish players out there! So, I always go
in with a maximum budget in mind, even as little as $100 or $200, and if
that starts dwindling far faster than I had anticipated, then I call it
a night and walk away. Of course, I’ve only learned to do this after
many years of playing, so maybe there were times a few years back when I
lost more than this. Overall, though, I think I’m about even or maybe
slightly ahead or behind – I guess my poker playing has brought in more
money than I’ve wagered but my occasional forays over to the slot
machines or the table games have eaten into those profits! Maybe I’m
lucky!
