yes right the hi-tech phones at second hand market cost less but you cannot say anything about their performance. i also think you should go for a direct buy though it will cost you some more money.
i agree with somado that if you have to take a phone for better performance , you can go for new one. but if you want to save bucks, better go for second hand ones.
I disagree with some answers here. The phone industry has changed a lot. Refurbished phones are all the rage now. Today, lots of companies ike flipkart.com [flipkart.com], 2gud.com [2gud.com], gozefo.com [gozefo.com] provide refurbished phones after quality checks. Its a good idea to buy from there at much lower prices. All the best for you phone requirement.
