Hey try double tapping your phone before going to your dealer.
I had the same problem and was about to go to my dealer to check in what was wrong and accidentally I just double tapped it and the clock turned up.

You need to tap in hard to make it work

Make sure that the phone is not rested on a hard surface before tapping it as the tapping mechanism does not work. Hold it in our hand.

There is one more way out!
A fast triple tap with the point finger helps out. I had the same problem but the solution to my problem was to given to me by my four year old daughter. She just tapped it thrice, while playing and the clocked popped up. Now she loves playing with it.
