Hi,
I am new subscriber of BSNL and I wish to activate Missed calls alert on my phone. Can anyone tell me how I should activate this service?

hey,
To activate Miss Calls alert just divert calls to number 17010 by changing settings from handset menu. You can also get missed calls alert when mobile is switched off or out of coverage area. If any more question please don’t hesitate to ask me.

All missed calls are display as soon as your mobile is switched on or re enter in coverage area.

Many times while attending college lectures I have to switch off my phone and missed my important calls. So I think this missed calls alert service will be very useful for me. Does anyone know what charges to be paid for this alerts service?
