Standard text method sounds like a pain as just to type simple word ‘Hello’ we need to press buttons on phone for 14 times. But with the help of T9, it can be reduced to just 5 times same word.
How T9 Works?
Ans: To type the word you need to press the buttons that have those letters but press each one a single time.
E.g – Hello (press 4-3-5-5-6). Good (press 4-6-6-3)
And also T9 remembers frequently used words and automatically displays next time when you use it again. It predicts the next word and makes long messaging very smart and fast.

Yes thats right but dont look at the word before it is being fully typed or else you will get confused

Oh it is amazing So fast and simple to write long text messages or chat with friends through SMS. Thanks a lot..

I like to use many shortcuts while writing long messages so just wish to save those shortcuts in the dictionary itself. I am not sure whether it is possible or not. And if possible then please let me know.
