hiya i got given this phone by my uncle but he hasnt put the usb cable in it. i have ordered one but i want my music on it now. i have been trying to bluetooth it and it keeps saying that the formats are wrong i have changed them all to MP3 but it is still saying i cant do it. im not very phone savvy so any help would be great thanks.

Why people having so many problems to Serenata… It is not so bad phone… It feels great to handle such unique phone with good sound quality. If u don’t like this phone then go for other models of Samsung but stop saying not so good phone as it is most Amazing handset by Samsung.

Look-wise it is good but what about its performance. Not so good sound quality, poor connectivity through Bluetooth and also unable to transfer music files from pc to phone.

Fashionable phone… it is packed with features like Bluetooth, GPRS, Music player and many more but no basic feature is added – Camera… Exactly what Samsung wish to prove… We are expert to make unique designed phone but without basic feature.

This phone seems just for fashion and good music player. It has a high speed connectivity with HSDPA connectivity and also offers instant downloading, e-mail and MMS. But FM radio is missing in it.

What is use of such type of phone. No camera, No FM radio, no Wi-FI and just 4GB internal memory without external memory card slot. I think this phone is not useful in such new technology world.

It is a phone or toy...hehehe but Very unique and different style phone. It is phone offered by Bang & Olufsen which seems complete music player with good sound quality. It has a direct access to music library by using USB support via data cable and quick transfer files from pc to phone.

Not so bad phone… This phone is very different from typical slider and flap phone. It is purely music phone with elegant and excellent sound quality. It has an inbuilt speakerphone system which is quite loud and clear. Also has a good connectivity through Bluetooth and share files easily by using USB support.

In all the sites I browsed show that white color base below the phone, what is it? If one has to carry the base along with then why is it called a mobile phone? Better name it as a “cordless landline phone”. Smasung better launch something that people will buy.

Is it a mobile phone? Or a corner rounded brick? Hey Samsung, what on the earth made u design and launch such a product? And what for the slider mechanism? Just for the speaker to pop up? go in for a Music player and a basic entry level phone, instead of Serenata yet u can save a lot & be satisfied of calling w/o covering & damaging the screen.

Revolutionary looks, I am sure is going to take a lot of time to settle in the market, especially the predicted price band (US$ 2000) is going to be hindrance, but sure there must be a reason for having it priced so hi. After all Samsung is not a small fry in the pan!!!!!

The serenata looks astounding, its not a play toy. Solid built, and a state of art technology. Excellent job Bang & Olufsen and Samsung. The only one of its kind to hit the market & is definite to shell oof a huge money from ur wallet.

You want to have Serenata? either wait till it is on the shelf or buy a music player, a Nokia/SE/Philips handset , a digicam and a classy leather case to keep all the three, yet it would be more economical than Serenata and have all dedicated things.

Who is going pay such a high price for listening to music only? Also the shape is so odd, what is the fun in having the screen in the middle and making it difficult to operate?
